Coaching For Hr Professionals

Within HR using a coaching style approach can successfully facilitate the change from a ‘hand-holding' advice-giving culture to one of coaching and guiding.  It will empower managers to make more decisions for themselves, be more confident in their abilities and reduce dependency they have on HR.

HR professionals attending the Management Coaching Skills course will learn the fundamentals of coaching and mentoring and how to use the skills in a very practical and relevant way when dealing with staffing issues from other managers.  The course focuses on day to day HR issues and how to promote independent thinking through the use of powerful incisive questioning skills.
