Using NLP And Psychological Models In Coaching
These half day, optional development modules complement the two day Coaching for Managers course in helping Managers and HR professionals to embed coaching at a deeper level of understanding and the uses of coaching techniques.
Each half day module can be grouped with another module to form a one day workshop if preferred.
The added benefit of these modules is that it enables delegates to reform and discuss what their successes and challenges have been since taking part in the two day course. Delegates will get the chance to continue practising coaching skills and will be encouraged to continue with their co-coaching groups back in the workplace.
