ILM Level 3 First Line Management
The ILM Level 3 Award and Certificate in Leadership and Management Skills aims to give practising or potential first line managers the foundation for their formal development in this role. The qualification does this by developing leadership and management Skill in a practical and relevant way by introducing a range of management models and theories which can be used immediately back in the workplace.
There are no formal entry requirements, but participants will ideally be either practising or aspiring first line managers with the opportunity to meet the assessment demands, and have a background that will enable them to benefit from the programme.
Learning will be gained through a range of thought-provoking and inspiring exercises, activities and group discussions.
It is a requirement that delegates must attend all of the tutor training days and complete a 2000 word assignment to successfully complete this qualification.
