ILM Level 3 Qualification in Coaching for Managers
The Level 3 ILM qualification in Management Coaching in the Workplace is aimed at managers who use coaching as part of their wider management style and who want to improve communication, motivation and performance in themselves and others. The programme provides you with a set of core coaching skills that you can apply immediately and is accredited by a nationally recognised awarding body which has a track record of providing high quality management and coaching qualification programmes.

- Length of each programme: 5 days
- Each module offers a learning credit which can be used towards further ILM qualifications
- Designed on a modular basis giving you the opportunity to practice and refine your coaching skills with like-minded people both on the course and between the modules.
- From these co-coaching experiences you will write up learning logs and these will form part of the assessment.
- As you progress through this inspiring qualification programme you will gradually develop your skills, expand your knowledge and build confidence to coach others in any situation.

Endorsed Practitioner’s Coaching Programme is not a full qualification but it offers a flexible approach to accredited learning. It is aimed at anyone who would like to pursue a career in life or performance coaching and to achieve 'certificate' of achievement and standard. The course offers a varied and more creative context to life and business coaching and is not just limited to people with managerial experience. You will learn hands-on coaching experience in the classroom which will provide you with the confidence, expertise and techniques to coach successfully.
