Gail Brown

Gail has designed and delivered a combined accredited ILM level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring and accredited CMI level 7 Diploma in Management for the Welsh Assembly Government and tutored the programme for three consecutive years. Gail is also an assessor with both the Institute of Leadership and Management and the Chartered Management Institute.

Gail has experience of designing and delivering management development programmes for housing associations as far back as 1998 when she delivered the ‘Making a Difference ‘ management development programme for Hastoe Housing Association and since then has provided training extensively in public sector organisations such as  NHS trusts,  government departments and local authorities.  Gail has worked with Kirklees Metropolitan Borough Council providing tailored one to one coaching programmes for over 30 Assistant Directors and Senior Managers in the Council.  Gail has also run transition management programmes to help senior and middle managers who have been made redundant.

Gail is a qualified HR professional, accredited Business Coach and experienced designer and deliverer of leadership and management development programmes. She also belongs to a coaching supervision group and is a member of the Association for Coaching and the Institute of Directors.
