Kay Stephan

Kay (FCIPD) has spent her most of her career as a developer of people – as a coach and learning and development consultant.   For the past 20 years she has worked independently in the UK and overseas with many different organisations;  Emergency Services, Private Banks, Private Equity, NHS, Probation Services, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical and Charities.  And she has loved every minute of it.

Her style is pragmatic and perceptive, with an ability to grasp the heart of an issue as well as the wider strategic organisational implications.  She is a warm, empathic person with an unshakeable belief in the potential of people.
