Martin Johnson

Martin Johnson is an experienced executive and management coach, master practitioner of NLP, trainer, business professional and communications specialist. He is a member of the Association for Coaching and the Professional Guild of NLP.

Martin focuses on helping individuals and organisations achieve advanced performance and meet the challenge of change. He supports managers to gain increased flexibility, choice, confidence and success.

Martin began his career as a communications specialist and went on to build and run his own successful creative agency. He has worked for multinationals, central and local government organisations and a wide range of specialist firms in the SME sector. Martin has experienced the issues and challenges that executives face, both in terms of running his own business and in working closely with hundreds of others.
