Peter Welch

Peter Welch is an active and experienced executive coach, mentor, facilitator, and coach supervisor.  He is primarily interested in helping people make significant transitions in their role and in being successful and effective.            

His work often focuses on the areas of leadership, change, team development, interpersonal and communication skills. He draws on current thinking in coaching, mentoring, management, leadership and learning strategies in his work.

Peter has a background in human resources, consultancy, marketing, national accounts, line management and project leading, in fast-moving multinational organisations, local Government, and  works with a range of smaller, entrepreneurial businesses, and independent professionals.

He is an accredited coach with the Association for Coaching, and a board member for the Association of Coaching Supervisors.
