Coaching is a two-way conversation where an experienced coach works collaboratively with the client to encourage them to step out of their comfort zone to enable change and transition. Coaching has a proven track record of improving performance, communication and confidence through the use of incisive questioning, high-level listening and if needed the use of interventions to bring insight and understanding.
Sue Noble is an experienced Executive, Business and Leadership Coach qualified to Level 7 in Executive Coaching and has a Diploma in Coaching Supervision. Sue is working towards her EMCC Master Coach accreditation. Her areas of expertise are:
Sue uses a variety of coaching styles to support her client to fulfil their potential. She can quickly pinpoint the underlying issues being presented and encourages an open, honest, confidential discussion. Sue draws on influences from Transactional Analysis, NLP and psychological models and techniques to help her clients understand the internal blocks and barriers to achieving their goals and ideal outcomes.
Sue is pragmatic and thorough, giving the right amount of support and challenge to facilitate sustained change. Her clients can use their sessions as an opportunity to stop, think, offload and reflect on their leadership practice. These sessions often produce amazing results with minimal intervention and questions. Sue will ‘hold the space’, listen, pick up on language patterns and gently challenge the coachee’s assumptions and thinking.
