• This Level 3 management and leadership qualification programme is designed for team leaders and first-line managers. It offers practical ways in how to use a coaching style and approach with teams and individuals as well as learning the key components of management versus leadership styles and approaches. Learners will gain confidence and credibility as a manager, will learn person-centred communication techniques and how to use coaching in many workplace situations including:
