• The aim of this half-day interactive session is to support mentee’s in how to get the best from their mentoring session, what questions to ask their mentor and to understand the importance of taking responsibility for the mentee’s own learning.

    On completion of this course learners will know:

    • The importance of taking responsibility for their own learning
    • How to ask the right questions at the right time.

    A half-day review of learning is highly recommended following the delegate’s first mentoring session.
